How much is delivery?

We offer free delivery to UK Mainland for orders over £50, all other delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Please be aware there may also be extra charges for heavier items over 30kg's or long length items.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes our prices include VAT. The price without VAT is shown in brackets. 

Why do you want my telephone number when I place my order?

It is really important you leave as much information as possible so that we can contact you should there be a delay in processing your order or the courier is having difficulty delivering your parcel. The more info we have the better we can help. Your details will not be passed on to any 3rd parties or used for marketing purposes. 

Do I need to open an account to place an order?

No, you don't. We don't believe we should make everybody open an account just to make an order. If you are happy with our service you will be given the option to do so. If you wish to do this at a later date you can do, by following our simple process.

Do you accept telephone orders?

Unfortunately we are unable to process telephone orders. We can however process orders via Pro Forma & BACS payments. Please message us via the contact page.

What are your opening times?

We are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Emails and messages are also occasionally checked out of hours & at weekends.
