UK DELIVERY INFORMATION

For all orders over £50 (UK Mainland only) we are delighted to offer FREE delivery. For orders below £50 there will be a delivery charge of £5.95.

Most items on UKToolbox will take approximately 1–3 working days to arrive with you, some as outlined below, will get to you on a 24hr service.

Orders must be placed before 12pm for same day dispatch.

PLEASE NOTE: SOME PRODUCTS (LONG / HEAVY) MAY HAVE SURCHARGES. THESE WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT. IF YOU REQUIRE FURTHER INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT US.

SEALEY EXPRESS SERVICE

We are delighted to be able to offer an express service for Sealey products. If required, please select Next Day Delivery when in the checkout. Please be aware that an extra charge will be applied at this point and that this service is available Monday to Friday only.

Direct Manufacturer Deliveries

• Zarges Products are delivered direct from the manufacturer and may take 10–15 working days to arrive.
• Please note that heavy items such as Bahco Rollcabs will be delivered direct from the manufacturer and may take up to 20 working days to be delivered. Please contact us to find out more information about this.
• Heavy goods will require a signature upon delivery and in some cases will be required to be offloaded by the customer.

Important Information

Please leave as much contact information as possible when placing your order, particularly your phone number. If any delays do occur we want to be able to sort it out as quickly as possible for you, sometimes emails don’t get through. We promise we will not use your number for any other purpose or pass it on to 3rd parties.

If your order has taken longer than advertised to arrive at its destination please contact us with your full order details and we will do our best to assist you.
